Also not sure if you know how math works, but here’s a brief lesson: Trump secured less than 50% of the vote share of the people who voted and only got votes from roughly 28% of the eligible electorate. He won voters that self-report as “not following politics” by roughly 20% and it shows, given that it sounds like huge numbers of people are having buyers remorse (current approval rating hovering around 35-37%). So not only did he never secure a majority of the vote share, he also never had the support of the majority of the electorate, and a majority of the population surely don’t support what he’s doing now. Also: what did Harris support that was “insane?” Something like concentration camps for homeless people? Oh, wait, that was Trump. How about invading US cities with the military? ****, that was Trump again. 150% tariffs on all foreign imports on China? ****, Trump again. But a $5k child tax credit is really crazy ****, right? That’s beyond the pale. She’s a madwoman, I tell you! Edited October 29, 2025 by Ladle Ghoulash We have forgotten our public MANNERS

RAMROD 117,252
I mean, slay. But also concerned. I am so p!issed when knowing few of people I know who are always voting for Dems were voting for 3rd option or worse, being dumb@$$es and voting for that orange, cos they don't want Kamala. Either cos they didn't agree with her policies, or machismo at work, or some who are exactly like Janet Jackson at that time who question if Kamala is actually black SMH (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ ᶠʳᵒⁿᵗ ᵗᵒʷᵃʳᵈ ᵉⁿᵉᵐʸ (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡
faysalaaa 5,341
It seems like most Democrats today are in support of progressive policies and politicians, so if they end up supporting someone like Kamala after all this, its honestly a lost cause.

4th Time Around 5,061
I voted for Kamala in 2024 even though I was confident she was gonna lose. Kamala had her chance but she was too closely tied to the unpopularity of the Biden administration and didn't do herself any favors by running a campaign based on a 100% continuation of his policies. Kamala couldn't rally significant support from independents and repeatedly failed to read the room and It's time the left move on to a populist candidate instead of these establishment democrats backed by donor money from elitists. More people either did not vote for Trump or just decided to stay home instead of voting. I know the right wing slop that you consume says otherwise but here in reality you’re wrong once again. Stick to Canadian politics, not sure why you’re so vested in American politics 2

Helxig 45,424
You know what? I have a feeling if she does it will divide people so much that Trump (or another Trump) will get in again It seems like the US has so few good candidates every time that there's no hope. The people are not unified enough to vote in anyone who isn't a cult leader I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
Helxig 45,424
I have a question to Americans though: If she does run, and her and Trump (or another Trump) are the front runners, would you vote for her to ensure he doesn't get in? Or give your vote to a third party candidate? I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
