TTPD had 19 more tracks and earned 330k from streaming in its 2nd week

But yet TLOAS still eclipsed its first week by miles

But the truth is the healthy margin for a second week drop is 20-50%. Not +90%

so Mayhem was a flop too since it dropped 66% (80% in pure sales) in its 2nd week, Billie's Hit Me Hard and Soft was a flop, Sabrina’s Short n’ Sweet was a flop ...

Let them be. I wouldn't mind more Mayhem variants or even physical singles. Specially from Disease and Abracadabra. Lucky TS stans.

I suppose the difference is that MAYHEM is good.

Sorry but If I remember correctly Mayhem’s drop was around 23% for total second week sales. Not sure why we are only looking at pure sales if the total sales is the final number for results. Seems unnecessary to only take into account just one part of the data. Streaming is the more important metric especially on second week after pre-orders

edit: I might be confusing the second day and second week. In that case everyone flopped a bit

Taylor's streams dropped 55%, it was physical copies that made the overall drop 92%.

Plus she's gotta keep a stockpile of variants ready to keep other women from getting a #1.

The accuracy. Hopefully she doesn’t do this move again.

The gap between 66% and 92% is nuts. I could understand if we were comparing 88% and 92% or something much closer. Be serious lol

her drop was so big because she sold 3.48M physical copies in the first week and most fans buy vinyl/cds in the first week. she still sold over 100k physicals in the 2nd week and that's more than most artists can sell in their first week and some people act as if she dropped out of the charts.

The statement all of this was a response to was „But the truth is the healthy margin for a second week drop is 20-50%“, meaning MAYHEM completely missed said „healthy margin“. Meaning by that merit it clearly underperformed. Or is the healthy margin different for artists we like?

It’s funny how well this has aged because she clearly blocked Billie on purpose but also when Brat came out she released some variants exclusive to the UK which ended up blocking Charli and fans were like “not on purpose”, “it’s an accident” and now there’s the song Actually Romantic. :icant:

TLOAS came out on the anniversary of the first time Taylor ever brought out Charli on tour too.

I wish stuff like this would make headlines. She's so fake it's insane. And people think she's a feminist and a nice person lmao sounds like the definition of a petty bitch to me.
