Coincidentally I sang this at karaoke yesterday :bradley:

I want her to do all the songs from Joanne so much.

The only GGD member who can read / Credits to Celloo Deng for the profile pic!

Joanne’s haters may be loud and obnoxious (and not funny when they “try” to be) but I think there is plenty of love for the album in the fan base as well. I’m glad Gaga herself still has a connection with it too.

Also go me (and some others) for being right about Joanne being chose for mainland Europe due to the JWT cancellation. :vegas:

Just for the record, Sweden is not mainland Europe but it will be played there soon, yes 😁

Just the amount of comments from actual fans using "Dead Aunt" or "psychosis era" as like a meme is absolutely disrespectful.

They're degenerated haters at this point :interestinga:

I'm here to take a break from university homeworks :/

It's so beautiful to see she came across so many different eras and she's healed now and can embrace them all:bradley:

It was so special to see it live after my show was cancelled back in the day. Still love that album!

As someone who has witnessed psychotic outbursts from someone I love very much, it disgusts me to see this kind of comment. It's a complete lack of empathy and respect. Some people simply haven't learned how to be people.

I am so happy I got to experience 3 Joanne songs since my JWT date was cancelled:

Million Reasons

Joanne

A-yo as bow song

❤️

Even though it is not my favorite album of hers, it is so special to me bc it came out during my semester abroad, which was the first time living alone for me and I have so many beautiful memories associated with the album

It still sucks how her actual fans do all they can to trash this album as "inauthentic" or "bad".

I became a fan due to this album.

Even the pretentiously wicked Fantano put MR and Joanne as his favourites from the album, along with "Hey Girl".

I mean, look, it’s certainly not her best especially when the ASIB album exists with much better songs. That said, it’s not inauthentic bc she didn’t *try to sound like some “not herself” character. She was just reckoning her relationship with her father at the time and wanted to make music that could hopefully touch him. My only issue is I think she didn’t give it enough time to cook to tease more of that side of it out so the album is kinda just “nice” but not necessarily as arresting of your attention as her songwriting is known to be. At the end of the day, I never hated Joanne whatsoever. I liked it a lot, but it’s a Gaga who was very much struggling with who she was and what mattered most to her. I think something like Mayhem is more aptly a self titled style album than Joanne in that regard but it got marketed that way to its detriment.
