i mean to each their own, i prefer to be authentic than to succumb to social pressure around me, if i'm not feeling enough from the performance to stand up, i won't, this reminds me how when i was younger my mom forced me to stand up at church during worship songs, she would pinch me really hard if i didn't do it

rude? maybe, it can come off that way even if it isn't, entitled? of what exactly? entitled is to think that all the people in the room owes the performers to be on their feet... i mean if you're an spectator you are indeed rightfully entitled of how you react xd
When Gaga urges people to stand up, scream and jump is more that she wants them to loose themselves a bit and have a good time too, not that she thinks that they are being rude and she is entitled for all ppl to be doing that
