If it was that would mean MAYHEM is the last installment of the deal between her and interscope (that we are aware of). It could be possible she is forming her own team now and interscope is handling things like publishing. (If she extended or is still under contract with them)

Wouldn't surprise me tbh. With Gaga having her own label now, i imagine once her original contract lets up, that things will change a bit even if she continues on with interscope…surely if MAYHEM wasn't the last album then LG8 will definitely be. 
 

But many things about this album/tour seem to be signaling that Gaga is in a reflective state, and at the very least will be begging a new “chapter” of her career after this. It seems she is celebrating her career with all of us as she plans a new trajectory. 
 

i think a lot of fans tend to look at her career as

Before ARTPOP ( young “classic” gaga)

and

After ARTPOP (matured “refined” “new material” gaga)

 

I think in the years to come we will start looking at her career as Before MAYHEM / After MAYHEM
