It's not just blatantly disrespectful, but disregards the safety of the teams that have to stay late and work extended hours to wrap the show up after. On top of transportation issues for concert goers. Refunding/fining artists/organizers/venues would fix this issue across the industry VERY quickly.

4 hours of waiting after the openers is wild! The artist needs to be on time, I get delays but people paid for ticket to see YOU!

I saw him in concert last year.

He had a few openers, he came on stage at an OK time, but his whole performance was only 45 minutes long.

The set was very half-assed.

Even she has never been quite this bad (that I remember. Maybe it happened during Madame X but I don't recall 5 whole hours late).
