On top of transportation issues for concert goers. Refunding/fining artists/organizers/venues would fix this issue across the industry VERY quickly.

4 hours of waiting after the openers is wild! The artist needs to be on time, I get delays but people paid for ticket to see YOU!

I saw him in concert last year.

He had a few openers, he came on stage at an OK time, but his whole performance was only 45 minutes long.

The set was very half-assed.

Even she has never been quite this bad (that I remember. Maybe it happened during Madame X but I don't recall 5 whole hours late).
