God DAMN is her team good at promo. I sometimes get so envious with the amount of stuff they get, but then.. yknow quality over quantity. It hurts but it's worth it :air:
With Interslow its just oh mayhem box set? grammys only, screw you. Harlequin? yikes. Vinyl? 1 LIQUID EXCLUSIVE U HAPPY, GO, BYE NOW BYE.
Dammit gaga you expensive, limited edition queen :traumatica:

something tells me the grammy box set will also be the vip gift for the highest tier VIP ticketholders. it would make sense since it contained a tee-shirt from the tour and it would cost them less to make more of that than to do something completely different.

And they want to be in bed before its dark.

Gone are the days of going out at 11pm and coming home at 8am 😭

Is that actually a thing? Are gen-alpha/genz earlier birds than Millenials?

Word. As a millennial sometimes I am amazed at how hard me and my friends used to go and also so regularly. I feel like a lot of younger folks these days aren't like that which is both good and bad I suppose. But I wouldn't change my 20s at all!

I mean its in part influenced by cost of living issues and the pre-established collapse of the nightlife sector after post 2008 austerity.

But having worked in bars etc - there was a massive decline in that usual 18-21 age group going out in recent years. And I remember seeing the moodmusic for it back on tumblr at its peak 10 years ago when people were actively promoting the "we need less gay bars" talking point.

I'd also say that the rise of legal cannabis is part of it.

Like just from working in the youth work sector (in a place where it isnt legal but police dont bother to police it lol) the usage rate is visibly higher in young people than it was when I was 18.

And like...no stoner is going out on an all night bender 😂 they're having a pizza and falling asleep watching netflix.

Meanwhile, our gen was the last of the alco-pops and party drugs culture 😂

TBF I've definitely also become a bit of a regular smoker myself and find it to be a much more convenient way to unwind/blow steam with no consequences the next day (unless you've eaten **** on the munchies)

But it's wild though, the few times I do go out I do see a lot of people around my age and older, much more than I would have like 7-8 years ago

Honestly, I find that cannabis doesn't do much for me. Calms down the stress, but otherwise I dont really get it
