Imagine a world where the president can lie about everything without any sort of consequence and the same person says there should be free speech yet he censors everyone who draws attention to his sh*t or say something that's not convinient for him...  Except we don't have to imagine that world

Was just thinking this, tbh. The Chair of the FCC was so public with the fact that this was political retaliation and coercion of the network that it feels like, not only would it be easy for him to win, but also that he kind of has a moral obligation to take it to court so this doesn’t become standing precedent.
