Hmm.. just turned it on. Lets see if I notice a difference

I've been thinkign of cancelling Spotify lately. Sigh. It's such a hard decision to make. I want to go back to pirating and only supporting artists I love through merch, tours etc. Because F.UCK all the big streaming platforms. But it's just too convenient to have every song available at all times anywhere you are (and podcasts and audiobooks)

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Hopefully It actually delivers. I’ve been wanting to switch over to Apple Music for a while but the last thing keeping me with Spotify is the convenience of having all my music, audiobooks, and podcasts in one place. If Apple ever merges their podcast app with AM and introduces audiobooks it’s over.

This is probably going to be a wild take, but i prefer how my music sounds on Spotify right now vs AM (I have both).

Religion is a product to sell.

my bestie added me to her spotify premium family, so there's no way in hell i'm leaving spotify.  i don't feel like making all of my playlists again anyway.

everyone keeps saying "oh, he's back, he's back!" but the truth is i never left!

I really only kept Spotify because of the Video Game Music catalog which is almost nonexistent on Apple Music. And a lot of 90's Eurodance artists don't have their full catalogs on AM but they're on Spotify. Surprised they decided to release this considering they first brought it up in February 2021.

"For the smoothest and best listening experience, we recommend streaming lossless music on Wi-Fi using wired headphones or speakers on a non-Bluetooth connection, like Spotify Connect. Currently, Bluetooth doesn’t provide enough bandwidth to transmit lossless audio, so the signal has to be compressed before being sent."

Well that's useless for most of us then
