If they so desperately want different shots they can film the rehearsal 🤷🏼♂️. I don’t think this is creating the interest that maybe Apple thinks. I hope this was just a display of the new camera and not that they are actually doing a concert film. Oh I don't know about the Dua thing, I haven't even watched the video Indeed, I doubt they're making this tour documentary to experiment and innovate with the medium... Probably just your run-of-the-mill paid partnership. Edited September 10 by elijahfan

There is no real depth of field and no iPhone will be able to capture that. 4K crisp image when you can’t possible distinguish the background, middle ground and foreground will never look like a professional camera. Besides it’s not like normal people will be able to shoot this type of videos because you still need custom made equipment and lights to use the phone in this way. And film studios won’t invest in equipment that is so niche when they can just keep on using the ones they have. Apple has always strived to promote its entry-level hardware as capable of feats that only the brand's most powerful machines, with the addition of expensive peripherals and additional hardware, are truly capable of. Nothing new under the sun for the most innovative company in terms of planned obsolescence. This was still acceptable in Steve Jobs' day, but since Tim Cook took the helm, the scale of the phenomenon has become nothing short of scandalous. And it looks like ass and makes no sense because it’s not like any concertgoer can take videos like that without the equipment
