She was 1000% lipsyncing the whole thing (I'll assume its because of the water stunt at the end but she was using a hand held....) Ignoring that though - the unexpected inclusion of drag queens and multiple signs about trans rights was a very nice touch. But I think this could be Gagas worst performance? Its not bad, but I dont see anything interesting, its just a worse version of her Coachella opening!
