Essentially, its in purgatory and Gaga can't really do anything with it. Also, it states something along the lines that Gaga is not allowed to use unreleased songs and tack it onto a new album or pass it off as "new music". Its been some time since those docs leaked, so I have no idea if any of that still holds up, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did. I would say this is the most raw moment we have ever heard from her.
