I'd expect that the singles that do well will be added to the album but that not all of them might be included.

It would be strategically smart for Good Luck Babe to be on there for RIAA certifications. I don't think they ever packaged it with Midwest Princess, which seems strategic. 

I'd guess if The Subway does well they'll use it for the album.

They're all part of the new album. Her former manager said Chappell was most likely going to follow a similar strategy that she did with Midwest Princess, which was releasing the songs as she's done with them. The entire rollout for that album took over a year.

Honestly, its how it used to be done and I think its the best way to actually have eras in the streaming age. 

Especially for less established acts and non legacy acts.
