Compiling a list of notable moments and tour changes for Mayhem Ball show by show. To contribute please reply and if possible add link with proof if available. The list includes everything that happens in order each night, except the encore outfit & outro song that is at the top of each list, since that's drastically different each night.

July 16, 2025 - Las Vegas
(Full Show: 1 - Floor Angle | 2 - Upper Level Angle)
-Encore Outfit & Outro Song: ARTPOP
-Light-up wristband design and strap (later changed starting in San Francisco)
-Act I Outfit Sash: Red

July 18, 2025 - Las Vegas
-Encore Outfit & Outro Song: Sexxx Dreams
-Act I Outfit Sash: Black
-New face mask added for "Shallow"
-Technical audio difficulties halfway through "Die With A Smile" causing Gaga to start the song over

July 19, 2025 - Las Vegas
-Encore Outfit & Outro Song: G.U.Y.
-Act I Outfit Sash: Blue
-During "Vanish Into You" a cameraman almost fell, followed by Gaga slipping and falling, potentially due to water in that area

July 22, 2025 - San Francisco
-Encore Outfit & Outro Song: Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne
-Light-up wristband design and strap has changed
-Act I Outfit Sash: Black with Gold trim

July 24, 2025 - San Francisco
-Encore Outfit & Outro Song: Donatella
-Act I Outfit Sash: White with silver gems
-During "LoveDrug" Gaga bowed down to a fan wearing her "Venus" artRAVE outfit

July 26, 2025 - San Francisco

Oh I just saw they cut it but she must've shortened the fans part 'cause she sang way more onstage

The difficulties during "Die With A Smile" happened cause Gaga was missing the pause at the start of the first chorus. The backing vocals are placed on a click track, so any time shift will cause the vocal-track to go out of time.

So does this mean HBDYWM is not part of the show anymore?!!

Edit: I just watched the whole thing and she did not perform Sexxx Dreams! They just played it at the end of her walk out (Like ARTPOP opening show), and she danced to it while walking out.
