50 Ft Queenie

Gaga played nothing from ARTPOP at TCB and it was an amazing show!!!! Ofc we were sad though… but it’s time for mayhem to shine and ARTPOP now! Since ARTPOP didn’t last tour.

…I would love Replay  & Alice & 911… over million reasons and shallow though.

She trashes every album the following cycle it seems like. During Chromatica she said Joanne was the album she felt she had to make for her dad. ARTPOP just straight up gets ignored in just about every performance she does. She even said she didn't wanna make Chromatica DURING Chromatica press tours. Gaga has thrown away so many concepts and second guessed herself so many times. I don't think I've ever seen her trash TF, TFM, or BTW. So is it because she was younger and more sure of herself or the success of those albums? I could see Gaga only loving her music if it's well-received and widely successful. But if that's the case I feel like it's because she wants the approval of the masses rather than any sort of ego trip for her.

I dont think she has ever hated or regretted any of her works, I think she put the same level of effort, love, and passion to each one of them, but certain things made it so when looking back at them, things didnt go as well as planned which makes her feel like she failed at those projects so she might just prefer to put them aside for a while before revisiting them.

She is so passionate, that when she comes up with a concept for an album, she puts all her mind into it, and she lives by those concepts. But when sometimes it doesnt work as well, its not received as well, or even a big part of her beloved fans end up mocking her for it (not to mention how non-fans react to it) it stains her experience which gives her a lasting effect of personal failure thanks to her own personal mental health issues.

Like, each fan will have their own opinion about each project but for example, she really, truly believed and lived by the idea that ARTPOP was a deep amalgamation of Art and pop music, but when that era was over, and you put all the results together, someone like her wouldnt just be like "oh well, it had ups and downs, but I still achieved a lot, had a great tour, etc", no, someone like her probably only focused on "Did I achieve bringing Art and Pop together, or do these lackluster results mean I failed horribly?"

So it is kinda about the approval of the masses but not really, its that the approval of the masses "allow" her to have her own approval of herself.

Im sure she will bring back many Chromatica songs in the future, maybe not in this tour, its just that for now, she prefers to let it rest and cleanse herself from all the bad experiences she had during those years.

I could be a pie for your zombie bite....

Oh yeah, for sure. I think Gaga yearns to feel understood and that's why she criticizes herself so hard. A #1 isn't about popularity to her, it's her feeling like she's actually connecting with people. You can tell just from how she's handled her relationship with Michael and the things she says about him. A person that feels like they're connected to people don't talk about dual identities or the need to have them.

Chromatica, ARTPOP and Joanne having bad recurrent streams are because Gaga barely give them exposures years later.

Imagine Rain On Me, one of her 6 #1 singles was only sang in one of the tours

At least Applause and MR gotten the recognitions they deserve with inlcusion in Mayhem Ball
