Leads one to believe the set is the same set from the promo shows. Unless it's entirely different and they kept it leak free for a big reveal.

If the stage is different… My guess is the stage will be behind a huge curtain so there is no reveal until it’s showtime. 
 

if it’s the same it will just be sitting there like Chromatica ball with a soundtrack

Things I hope she keeps from the promo shows: 

- The opening act & cage dress

- The chessboard

- The Paparazzi moment/crutches/white dress

Open to something new for everything else! Those three things were just so ****ing perfect that I can't part with them! <3

 

I would kill for my fave Perfect Celebrity to be sung standing up in full rocker vibes.

The way that your list is identical to mine, especially when it comes to Paparazzi.

Though honestly, I really can't see her keeping the chessboard. The fact that the runway is different when she could've easily kept it the same (I imagine a square b-stage is easier to put together than a kidney-shaped one) makes me think it's been thrown out.

If the stage layout from Ticketmaster is true, the chessboard is out... That's why I thought it was ridiculous that some people still think it'll be the same show. She might keep some elements but it's definitely a different stage
