It's permanent in the sense that these are THE top 500 most streamed songs in the first exact 10 years of Apple Music  in however many years these are still the same top 500 most streamed songs as of the first 10 years

It'd be kinda possible to calculate DWAS AM streams based on Billboard Global reports

Spotify users probly rely more on pre made playlists while AM is more curated to the users tastes
