So is the killer still at large?? There was a terrible case here in Canada a few years ago where someone was pretending to be a police officer and he was able to drive around for hours and hours and he killed over 20 people, I'm worried

It has just been released that the gunman was appointed by Tim Walz for a board position.

The only US site I've seen reporting this are the New York Post. And they say its been passed to them by inside sources. 

Have you got a link to an actual official release? As I dont trust the post as they have a well established history of false identifications

It's confirmed as Vance Boelter - a private security guard. 
Why am I not surprised an ex military white guy working in private security has gone off the deep end.

There were 4 people shot. Hortman and her husband died. The other representative was shot with his wife but remain in the hospital. It’s a horrific thing. I have family that is close to there and were in lockdown. They were told not to open their door for police unless there were two officers there. They’re still under stay in place orders.

Note that the governor had reappointed the killer to a non-partisan and non-legislative board (there are over 100 of these in Minnesota) after he had been appointed by a previous governor
