What Is The Thinking In Releasing 4th Single In Only A Few Countries?

It's bizarre, but I won't really think about it anymore. We got a new album with 1 song I loved (HBDUWM), and two songs I enjoyed a lot (Abracadabra and GOE). One music video I liked (Abracadabra), and basically the best live performance of her entire career. 

If it's a wrap already, I enjoyed Mayhem, and I think it was her best work in a really long time . I think her label wants another single, but she doesn't, and I respect that, I'm fine with Mayhem being what it is, even if I would've preferred at least two more videos. We had a good run

I just need a music video. At this point I don't even care what song it os for. I just want a new music video lady gagaaaaaaa
