There are many songs who do 2B+ on Spotify but their success is concentrated in the Western, if not Anglophone market, whereas the performance of DWAS across all platforms shows how insanely massive it is. There are many non-Western countries where YouTube is still much bigger than Spotify. You'd see songs doing a billion on Spotify but barely reach 100M on YouTube.
