I mean the remixes are rare and some without official release (but did get leaked over the years because there's thousands of Madonna leaks) or were only ever sent out to select DJs. But they are the remixes originally intended for the planned RoL remix album that got scrapped/vaulted according to every bit of tidbit Madonna nerds have found over the years. 
So the treat is them getting their official release and being properly collectible for die hard fans. It was only ever a planned companion album so it is definitely fan service and nothing more.
 
I'm just happy we got an official release of the Rauhofer remix of Skin, its one of her best ever songs and Rauhofer Madonna remixes are untouchable.
