Jennifer Lopez returns as host for the second time, a decade after her previous stint in 2015. The event will be televised on CBS and available for streaming on Paramount+ with Showtime. Kendrick Lamar leads the nominations with ten nods, including Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for “GNX.” Post Malone follows with eight nominations, while Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Shaboozey each have seven. Taylor Swift, already the most awarded artist in AMA history with 40 wins, has six nominations this year, aiming to further cement her legacy. The ceremony will feature performances from a diverse lineup of artists, including Janet Jackson, who will receive the ICON Award, and Rod Stewart, honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
