Gaga gets to meet a huge fan who has had health problems for a long ass time, and is clearly touched and inspired by her story; something horrible happens to Gaga, and she then uses that inspiration to not only help her with her own personal struggle, but in turn, I'm sure it's also going to motivate and encourage Emma even more. I know it isn't, but it's the most dramatic picture of a wheelchair I've ever seen. And why would she post it?
