Specially among women. Whenever I see the song featured in a reel on IG, or YT, etc, it's always mostly girls raving about the track. 

The f-slurs have failed to give her a #1 solo hit for long enough, IT'S ADAM AND EVE NOW, no longer Adam and Steve

This is a list made by Spotify. It has nothing to do with GaGa's team, and I don't think it means it's the next single (although it should be). I still think she'll release "Garden Of Eden" or "Vanish Into You" first.

It’s prob my algorithm but I see tons of males doing selfie singing vids to this song!

Well this isn't a paid promotion playlist like TTH, so it doesn't signal Gaga or Interscope's intent.

Frankly I'm highly doubtful there is even going to be a third single. The album sold well and is critically acclaimed, the tour is already sold out; there is nothing to prove at this point, and they may just want to end on the high note that was Abracadabra/Die With A Smile as far as chart performance. If a video hasn't dropped by the end of the first week of June, I'm pretty sure nothing is coming.
