After so much time, Damiano David has officially released his debut solo album FUNNY little FEARS, and it's everything I was hoping for and more. From the frontman of Måneskin to solo storyteller, FUNNY little FEARS gives us a raw, emotional look into Damiano’s mind. It’s packed with amazing lyrics, haunting melodies, and a vocal performance that feels both intimate and theatrical. In my opinion, there's a lot of talk about how this album sets Damiano apart from Måneskin. You can feel the freedom he’s taken with sound, and how personal this project seems + hearing Dove Cameron in Zombie Lady was everything . It took me a minute to readjust my expectations because he said that the album sounds more like BWBH than any of the other singles, but in reality it’s more of a hybrid of the other 3 singles. Can’t wait for his tour. I saved up all my leave balance from work since July 2024 so I can attend 10 shows!
