Also, all the concerts above Gaga have been celebration events that already are supposed to have drawn great crowds. Gaga's is the most attended concert that doesn't fall with a special occasion.

2.1 million people that are not just holding up their phones but are dancing, singing, having fun. What a crowd! 

I really hope phones get banned in GA at concerts. I mean look at the difference between Coachella and this. Most of the crowd is actually engaged and not blocking the view with a sea of phones held up in the air.

It's way less phones than in other crowds lately. You're right, the crowd was here for Gaga and the music. Thats exactly what I miss sometimes in Europe or the US.

Sure you can do both but I've found that at Gaga shows I've been to the past years many people have issues multitasking. At the Chromatica Ball people around me were filming the screens non stop or livestreaming. Standing like statues blocking the view. And thats front or second row. How boring.

They are massive in Argentina, literally played 10 sold out shows at River Plate Stadium for one of their tours  

Ten of those in a row . They resonate with straight girls, that's their demographic. 

And, there are more straight girls than gheis, so... . No idea how big they are in Brasil, but in my country, they'd gather a million people with a free show, easily, probably more
