The schedule is packed and the rest time will be minimal but i can see her attending tbh. Well she's not really promoting the album anymore and is focused on touring. The MET isn't even a promo slot. Just don't be disappointed if she doesn't show up.

I never talked about promo though But I'd argue she still promoting the album, i mean, Copacabana is pretty much the biggest promo spot of this era and it's happening today, estimates say it will pass Madonna attendance This def helps the album and her team did a very good job capturing the biggest music markets in the word in succession (USA, Mexico and Brazil), this is a very calculated move to elevate both Mayhem and her discography on the world stage, and the numbers are showing it. Everything she's attended at the beginning of the year was to kickstart the conversation about the album. She usually attends those events when she's nominated or when she has something to sell. The MET isn't that kind of event, it's all I'm saying.

Maybe she didn't necessarily have something to promote but I feel like she's doing things different this era we'll find out if she attends met gala soon anyway The melody that you choose can rescue you

Rich Americans lost it completely. I don’t think I agree with this sentiment. When the arts and science are being defunded and dismantled by the Trump administration, we need to protect them at all costs. The MET Gala raises funding for the MET’s Costume Institute. Yes, it’s attended by the rich and famous, but it’s first and foremost a fundraiser for the museum. It raises a lot of money and not just a vanity project like going to space was.
LunaUniverse 3,369
I don’t want Gaga to attend tbh, the Met isn’t what it used to be and it’s just a playground now for no-name TikTok influencers to congregate that barely even care about the theme 1# Samoyed Stan

When the internet went rabid for Blake Lively's dress unveiling... these people are so low-brow and cringe lmao.

Every day can't be a horrid Jimmy Fallon interview and the VMAs. The promo vehicle in 2025 is completely different than it was before streaming... I hope she does more sports-related stuff, commercials and other wide-net GP opportunities.
NUTELLA 6,597
LG's 2019 look was great, but when I think of the Met Gala now, I always think of this piece from that year. I just wish someone else had been chosen to wear it, because it was a true work of art. Fit the "Camp" theme, showed amazing craftsmanship & stole the show. Let's not play on words... of course everything public an artist does is a sort of promo, I'm only meaning that she's not in the process of giving interviews and doing televised performances as part of the MAYHEM promotional campaign. As I mentioned, this is all irrelevant anyway as the MET Gala is technically not a promo slot.
