Usually when an artist has a large career, there's always 1 or two songs they change from show to show. I think GaGa is not doing that because this show is like a theatre play. It has a very specific story, and each song serves the narrative. I think the only spot she has to add songs is the piano segment, so whatever "extra" song she might add, it'll probably have to be acoustic.
