Its not about the world spinning around Gaga, how delusional would it be thinking like that.

Its the thing that she chose exactly these days before Gagas concert to upload it when she had one whole year to so, making it seem that she wants to prove something or remind people that she did this first etc.

And if you watch the video, she barely features in it. 
It's about the crew, the direction, the construction, the styling and the local performers she invited to join her. 

Feels entirely like the marketing teams behind the Rio events wanted it out to get even more people talking about Copacabana concerts not just Madonna this or Gaga that. 

Copacabana is important to Gaga fans obviously. But for the event organisers they're trying to turn these 1 off shows by Madonna/Gaga etc into a major tourist attraction for Rio - they don't care about stan wars.
