Pearl used to be one of my favorite songs from her.
She deserves every bit of criticism for the stupid choices she made in the past years. Literally f you for working with Dr. Ewwke and the space thing wasn’t the flex you thought Katheryn. You reap what you sow. The problem is that some people really take it to an absurd extent like attacking her 4 (?) year old daughter. A child who has nothing to do with the decisions that are being made in her mums career. Some Internet-Rambos just don’t know where to stop. That’s where it’s getting really disgusting. 
Maybe I have a little too much empathy for Katy but she is only human too and this can’t be good for anyone’s mental health. People are literally sending her death threats. That’s where the line should be drawn.

Even her new album... Dr Luke is my main criticism but the music itself ive heard worse. I still liked 5 or 6 songs on the album which is more than I can say for Taylor Swifts TTPD for example and that album that sounded like 1 really long boring song somehow got critically acclaimed to no end

 

Like ok shes not in her artistic prime anymore clearly but shes still so much more interesting than half of the crap out there imo.

I think its perfectly plausible. When i lost my job and my new job payed 15% less I too cried and I wasnt singing a song about my glory days or experienced a decline as severe as she did. Its absolutely possible shes genuinely just crying

Sure they could be real. But with whatever the reason… again she has nobody to blame but herself. I dunno why we need to give her a pass and be like “awww poor Katy”, when she decided to work with a known abuser, cozy up to billionaires, vote conservative, among the many other things she’s done. She hasn’t done herself any favors.
