There's a note circulating online saying that the banner will be updated, allegedly including the opening act. There's also some WhatsApp recordings from the wife of someone who worked on the banner saying that it had to be removed due to updates to the design or some sort of damage.

A Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro informa que, nesta quarta-feira (23), será realizada uma atualização na arte visual instalada no túnel que liga os bairros de Botafogo e Copacabana.

A intervenção faz parte da identidade visual do evento Todo Mundo no Rio e acompanha as novidades divulgadas oficialmente nesta data. A nova arte incluirá a imagem e o nome do(a) artista que fará a abertura do evento ao lado de Lady Gaga, atração principal da noite.

A atualização reforça o compromisso da Prefeitura em integrar arte, cultura e cidade, celebrando com os cariocas e visitantes esse grande momento para o Rio de Janeiro.

Finally! I'm tired of waking up to a different rumor every single day. The list of rumored artists now includes Pabllo Vittar, Anitta, Liniker, Gesaffelstein, Lady Starlight, Gloria Groove and maybe a few others that I'm forgetting, some already confirmed fake though. I'm hoping for Pabllo Vittar or just a DJ, as I'm gonna stay completely still during their set to save energy (and my knees) for Gaga.
