What's next for MAYHEM?

Gaga will be on tour from now until the end of the year.

So... I was wondering what do you think her label has in mind for the rest of the era?

She will be super busy touring but imo MAYHEM is her album with the most potential since BTW.

I was hoping she would release at least 2-3 more singles with some great MVs, and perhaps additional media material to keep some hype.

What are your thoughts?

I don’t expect a new single, even though it’s still possible. I think we might get one or two music videos, and that’s about it. More one than two.

Maybe Graham Norton during the tour?

The album has so many single potential though 

From summer singles to Halloween releases, Interscope would be silly not to release additional singles imo...

I love the album but I disagree, I think the three obvious singles were already released before the album. VIY and HBDYWM could pull cute numbers though

Imo VIY, HBDYWM, Zombieboy and Shadow of a Man are all single material.

Garden of Eden too in some markets but for some reason I don't see it doing well on radio.

If you think about it, I don't think we had so many options for great singles since BTW?!

Hard disagree about Disease, Abra, and DWAS being the "obvious singles." I think Shadow of a Man, Garden of Eden, Vanish Into You, Zombieboy, and HBDUWM all have potential. I'd say that out of the three that were released, DWAS was the only one that was obvious single material. Disease certainly wasn't (even though I love the song), and Abra could've gone either way. I think the music video + premiering it at the Grammys did a lot for that song tbh.

- A deluxe album or reissue is imminent in September/December.

- No 3rd single as long as Abra performs good on charts. Next single possible as Summer promo single, probably How Bad Do You Want Me, or Zombieboy for Halloween release.

- and of course AOTY in 2026

I would love to see more interviews like Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, Graham Norton. I just want to see her talk about the album, inspiration, producers, writing of it, the meaning etc. and maybe a couple performances. I can see this happening after the first promo concerts (Mexico, Brazil, Singapore) before the USA/Europe Mayhem Ball dates start.

If Chromatica got 911 a music video I'm pretty sure she's going to do at least one more for Mayhem. Hopefully Vanish Into You gets the single treatment with music video it deserves but if she's not gonna push anything else and do visuals for fans (John Wayne, Joanne, 911) then I would like to see some for Perfect Celebrity and Killah because I know she loves these songs and would have some great ideas for them. I know Shadow of a Man and How Bad Do U Want Me have some fans buzz but not too crazy about them, would rather see something for Garden of Eden or Zombieboy.

I feel like we'll only get one last single, for which the video has already been shot. Maybe something special for the release of Wednesday s2. I expect the era to end with the tour. I'm more and more convinced she has a film lined up for 2026.
