Coachella vs Mayhem Ball

Do we think these will be the same shows?

I think a HUGE part of it will be on her tour. Mainly because they worked their ass off on this and it clearly screams BIG production that costed a lot. I doubt they'll have time to work a whole new show.

AND this show has became iconic and featuring the MAYHEM theme + almost all of the songs from the album. So yeah I expect the tour to be very similiar and including some parts like the intro of BM / Abra / Judas / ScheiBe with the big red dress. The Poker Face dance battle. The Bad Romance finale. The Paparazzi wind part. The Disease / Perfect Celebrity box. Could see some being reworked like Garden of Eden.  

Though the show will be longer so yeah more of her iconic hits and fan faves and most probably new interludes and outfits.

i want to say it will be different, with a similar theme. Her previous coachella show did not match the joanne tour as an example, it was its own thing. That and she knows it was streamed and seen all over the world, it would be cute to change it up a bit, and she will.... we have just dance, love drug, don't call tonight, and a lot of material missing since she had to limit it to a 2 hour run, the concert will prob be closer to 2 and a half hours.

at first i was almost certain the tour will be an extended version of the show with more material and fan faves, but the thing that’s weird to me is that my Mayhem Ball ticket says the show starts at 8pm. so that means the opener will hit the stage at 8 and she probably will come on at 9, and MSG has a strict 11pm curfew so she can’t really do anything else. 

unless there’s no opener like the Chromatica Ball and she comes onstage around 8:30 and plays for 2 1/2 hours.

I will have an unpopular opinion but I think it will not be very respectful if the tour isn't different 

It would mean she spoiled the whole tour before we could decide if we wanna see it or not 

Also Gaga is an A list artist with tones of benefits, if they can't finance an arena tour I don't get it. 

But no worries I think the show will be different because they said they planned everything recently in a few weeks

The stage almost has to / better be different because an arena tour will have a lot more capabilities for the stage, moving parts, etc.

Although her previous Coachella show wasn't quite like the Joanne Tour (keep in mind that the 2017 Coachella was in April and the first date of the tour was in August), I think now she will keep the same show — it has a lot of production and a storyline that's too big to be just for Coachella.

It will surely be at least 30-40 minutes longer. There are sections of the show that feel like they could have more songs added:

-Before Garden of Eden
-After Alejandro
-Before HBDUWM
-After Shallow

I guess we’ll find out with the first Mayhem Ball date in Las Vegas! (I’m not sure whether to consider the Mexico dates as the start of the Mayhem Ball)

I believe Mexico, Rio, and Singapore will be an extended version of Coachella while The Mayhem Ball will be a revamped show with recycled elements/routines

I REALLY hope it won’t be a totally brand new show because the set and interludes etc are incredible and would seem wasteful just to use them for only 2 shows

I’m almost worried that Gagachella was SO good that I’ll be disappointed in Mayhem Ball. Either because it’ll be pretty much the same show and I’ve already seen it. No surprises, similar stage and outfits etc. OR that it just won’t be as good in comparison. Gagachella just set the bar insanely high

I saw on X that the people who made the opening cage outfit also made a gargoyle that can shoot fire out of its mouth, but it wasn't used at Coachella. I hope we get to see it on the tour.
