And since she loves themed stuff, she could probably work on a set that fits Gaga's concert. But commercially, Anitta would be a good pick because Gaga's concert is part of a series of big concerts that will happen every year in Rio to promote tourism on the city, and Anitta is widely known internationally besides having a huge national presence and demand.
