All I remember from him is when he was nominated for Best Pop Song at the 2017 Grammys along with Gaga, Kesha, Kelly Clarkson and Pink. All the ladies attended and Ed didnt show up and he won. Plenty of actually talented artists with authentic, unique perspectives and ideas, REAL talent and artistic vision, that never get a fraction of the platform he does. It’s infuriating. Mediocre white men always get the attention for doing the bare minimum. If I didn’t care about my integrity and authenticity as an artist, I could peddle out bullsh!t poems and stories and songs all day that people would eat up just because they’re on the floor of artistic reach.
