Fans who were ready to drop hundreds on a ticket we're still priced out of being able to go. That's not something to be proud of and it isn't a show of love or connection.

I hate scalpers and I agree the reseller market is a huge issue.  But she really does have a connection to fans since so many of us wanted and bought tickets. It wasn’t all scalpers. It’s just the nature of the business that some people will get priced out unfortunately. That part isn’t something to be proud of obviously, but I do think selling out an entire tour after presale and one day of general sale is something for Gaga to be proud of.

I didn’t even took a look at the tickets on General sale today tbh. I saw whatever was left for pre sales and the prices were just absurd. This is rent payment week and it’s certainly the priority.

Im actually very disappointed with all this, even tho its nice seeing her having a sold out tour, those prices are far from connection with fans. And that hurts because when you listen to a brand new album that you love from your fave, first thing that comes to mind as a fan is the possibility to enjoy it at the fullest at the tour shows.

I don’t know what to think anymore, at this point I’ll just wait and see what happens, if it’s meant to be it will be.

It’s true, every fan wants the chance to celebrate the new album. I’m sorry you’re not currently getting the chance. However concerts often release other seats randomly closer to the actual shows. Lots of times there are blocks of tickets reserved for subscribers or corporate sponsors and if they aren’t actually going to be claimed they put them up and they often are for cheaper prices. Don’t give up hope! Also the scalpers will often drop their prices much closer to a show so you can sometimes grab a bargain.

As someone who isn’t afraid to spend money on tickets - this was all ridiculous. Surge pricing is disgusting and I am offended she didn’t try to stop it. 
 

Whoever wants to say I don’t know what I’m talking about or she couldn’t have changed anything can save it. 
 

She will realize when the crowds eventually suck because they aren’t real fans.

Sold out show my ass, if you go on viagogo etc there's thousands of tickets at even more absurd prices. Even during the presale itself some horrible seats were sold for 400€+ 

Idk why she didn't do what most artists do and have fan exclusive pre sale codes for those who bought the merch in her store, cause this MasterCard etc exclusive was not it

Resellers will always sell tickets to sold out shows because tickets are no longer available. Buying a ticket is still buying the seat to the show. If the person decides to try to resell it, it doesn’t mean the seat isn’t still sold. The show is still sold out even though lots of people are trying REsell the tickets they bought.

Totally agree.

and the only presale for the London shows was with an o2 phone contract which I don’t have. I always buy her vinyls from her store - where is the fan loyalty?

I'm having such a bittersweet night 'cause people skewered me when I said putting DWAS on the album was cheap and greedy and a sign that she's going in a direction that I don't like.

And now 50% of this site is calling her greedy and disloyal to fans.

Me, ahead of my time as usual.

Not that I'm attacking her personally though, I think she's just decided to go fully hands off on this stuff which is letting the money snatchers take advantage of us. Idk, it's weird either way.
