Ive never had a bad experience there. The seller doesn’t receive any money until like a week after the event - so there’s no point in them trying to scam you cause you have plenty of time to get your money back if it goes wrong (has never happened for me). But they can sell your ticket again, and not transfer you the ticket. I don't live in Stockholm so I'm gonna come all the way for the concert, and it is a risk unfortunately. But I mean... it shouldn't be possible for you to lose any money regarding concert tickets - cause if you don't get in, you have a week or so to file a claim and get your money back. And also - if you enter the arena as early as possible, the likeliness of it all going wrong is lower as well.
