I have a ticket for October 2nd that I need to sell (only comfortable selling via the official resale) so I contacted them a few weeks ago and they said "Resale should become available once the tickets have been delivered to you and closer to the time of the event." Also just noticed that if you go on AXS and try to buy tickets for any of the London dates it says "Please note that tickets will be sent out 3 days before the show date. Ticket transfer and resell will be enabled closer to the event date." Don't know if that means resale will only be available 3 days before the show, I guess it's just a case of persistently checking.
