Once you get in, if there are no tickets available, wait a little then refresh, see if anything appears - a lot of tickets were stuck in limbo, not paid (mine were in Payment Pending for 40 minutes!) and they can just drop out of people's accounts for those who fail to pay. But I won't lie - it will be very tough to get anything. I had the same when trying to buy tickets last year for Adele in Munich. After 6 hours in both pre-sale and general sale I was left without anything and just a block in the end. It got me so sick to stomach that I decided never to go to anything Adele related. In the months after, tickets were popping up as of course scalpers bought a lot and a lot were just somehow suddenly available and the organizers wanted to fill the seats - I was still so sick from the experience that I just didn't even bother to get the tickets once they were available. I'm traveling all the way from The Netherlands since I can't attend the Amsterdam/Antwerp dates. I hope it works out, but now I see that many others got blocked too, I'm hopeful that our orders are just fine! If you haven't been to Milan Arena, I think you will love it - it's a great venue for Gaga concert - I was there for Joanne tour, was awesome! Milan as the city however ... hm :p it's nice I guess Italy has waaaay nicer cities.
