Ah yes I'll make an appointment with a bank to see if they'll let me take a loan against the mortgage so I can make yet another pointless trip to America where I don't even want to go for over $3000 

 

If she released Australia dates I could probably make it stretch. But I can't fly to the northern hemisphere. Like you said I wish they had just said "Oceania dates to come" if that's happening, but it's just all up in the air right now

Did you get tickets for Singapore? I take it flights from NZ to there would be much cheaper.

OVerseas travel just isn't much of an option right now. I especially just don't have the energy or motivation to fly across the planet alone to a foreign country these days. They also have to realise that we're an ageing fanbase now   sure 11 years ago when I was 22 I was jumping on a plane to fly to Boston and then Vegas to see her twice completely on my own, but I'm 33 now and own a home with a mortgage and just don't have what it takes to do that. Good thing I don't have kids or I'd never do anything

I was really counting on tickets going on sale in May. No way I can financially make it happen in time. I'm afraid this is her last one for a while, and there won't be anything in 2026.

This is so messy, there's so much speculation with the live shows with this era... why can't we get a proper press release or announcement

doing a music business degree and im specialising in live music: heres my take

this tour is a marketing strategy to keep her name out there until the 2026 tour. its clear this doesnt have a photoshoot or clear aesthetic so i think the 2026 tour will be announced as an extension of these dates alongside proper promotion and aesthetics. the lack of LA dates is so telling that there is more to come, and her media coverage internationally should eventually match up with tour dates (ie. australia)

Idk why so many of you say this tour will be the same show as Coachella/Gagacabana. Guys, those concerts are significantly shorter than a tour concert. Also, she already did Coachella and then JWT shows were of course different than that.

I'm thinking that she just wanted to perform without the hassle of the tour planning of an international superstar and everything comes with it, hence she chose arenas with multiple dates on some cities instead of stadiums with only one date. It probably really started as doing Coachella and the other select shows and then got bigger by adding some EU and US dates without actually sitting down to plan a "MAYHEM BALL WORLD TOUR". Seems messy at the end but completely human imo.

Also I can see and understand why she wouldn't wanna do a BTWB 2.0 with gazillions of dates totalling to almost a year given her maturity and her recent approach to her career. She so directly and bravely stated that this whole thing started feel like a transaction more than art and connection, so I find this "messy" approach even more sincere.

It sucks to be us but I don't think we are at a position to "expect" something from her if her heart isn't in it. Except turning off the dynamic pricing lol that's just insane
