Will she add more dates/do stadium tour in 2026 or that's it?

I don't see why she shouldn't. She said she didn't have plans to tour this year, so presumably that means she has plans to tour next year—because there's just no way she's not touring MAYHEM at all. 

Maybe I'm delulu or something, but I think it's pretty clear these shows were put together because of the demand she saw from places like Mexico, Singapore, and Rio. I think that's further confirmed by the fact that she said these shows were scheduled in a matter of weeks. We know that Gaga's a perfectionist and likes to plan stuff out. There's no way that these shows are the only ones representative of the MAYHEM Ball. 

Also, with how much she's prepping for Coachella, Rio, and all these other extra performances outside the MAYHEM Ball, I don't see her skimping out on the actual tour and being like, "Yeah, let's just do like a dozen locations and call it a day."

Maybe a few more dates, but not a whole other tour after this. People seem to forget about her health issues. She's doing better now and having less, more spaced out dates probably played a role in that, she doesn't want to risk getting worse by touring too intensively again.

I live in a country with 2% mothly inflation... and that's low for us, saving is not something that I really care about tbh.

She can’t announce any shows in California yet due to her Coachella contract. It’s called a radius clause and there will most likely be LA dates added after Coachella. It looks like there’s space for them between Vegas and Seattle and there were already rumors of LA arena shows in late July.

More dates being added is a given. Locations and venues are debatable, however. It's undeniable that she will announce more US dates as she's only doing a handful of cities, leaving out super obvious areas like California and Texas. This is just to get her started. The Europe dates are also extremely sparse with just 2 dates in Germany in Berlin alone when most artists go to at least 3 cities there (Katy is literally doing 4 German cities despite flopping). I feel like this is just a warm-up of sorts, get people hyped for an extended leg next year. Arenas or stadiums is unknown, although Gaga's earlier statement suggests it could just be arenas. I strongly suspect that she did a big free concert in Brazil, stadiums in Mexico and a whole bunch of shows in Singapore because she won't be going to those specific places on the tour. But there is every likelihood that she'll be going to other countries in Latin America and Asia. The Singapore dates work as an exclusive Asian deal, so if they are performed as part of a one-off concert deal, that means she'll be able to perform anywhere in Asia on the tour. And she hasn't gone to Oceania since Artrave, 11 years ago, it's a given that she'll go back there again. 

I'm hoping she does a more extended European leg later as those dates are nowhere near enough and doesn't go to areas she could easily sell out. This will need to be extended if all her fans want tickets. Fact is Gaga will have built up crazy demand seeing as she's had several big hits since 2018. CBT was only attended by fans, most of the GP won't even know she did a tour. As far as they're concerned, she hasn't toured in years and with a string of hits over the years which she hasn't been able to properly tour with, they will want tickets too. And if this is indeed going to be her last tour for a long time, she needs to go all out.
