I live in Spain and I do have Mastercard but I wanna attend one of the Lyon dates, which has Mastercard presale. Things like that are not promised. Even when you queue early. You need to be as fast as possible when you see those rows still available cos it will really shook you on how fast they'd gone before your eyes. No second thoughts, no second chances. For the presales they often make another 'event page'/'selling page', which can only be accessed through Livenation and Priceless. It's often this way, but not always. Lots of log in issues with TicketMaster, but I got there in the end.
