You can have access to presale when you're mastercard holder. That's it. No country of residence, origin country of the bank, etc. Beyonce also had a mastercard presale. There was button, ( live nation, mastercard priceless ) redirecting to ticketmaster. Only difference between general sale and presale was that VISA cards were blocked in checkout section. Mastercard priceless sale on O2 is still active you can check, that all cards from mastercard ARE accepted. That's all. Stop spreading misinformation...
