Was able to get two tickets for 400 each, cheapest i saw and in decent seating. Definitely wasn't going to spend 730 for one ticket or 1090 for a floor ticket.

At least that anxiety is over with. Now to tell my husband we gotta drive to Vegas in the summer

Stubhub is reliable. I've bought from there multiple times. Just depends on how much people will be reselling for.

After 2 hours of refreshing, I've decided to not put myself through hard times for a concert. I just can't afford it! I have to travel to the US for the show + book a hotel,  and the good seats COST MORE than the flight?! Insanity. I wish there was a GA floor for like $300 that would give me that experience I crave. I'll keep checking back, and if I somehow end up with the money before the show, I'll consider it!

She could choose not to take part in dynamic pricing. Let's stop pretending it's all on Ticketmaster and artists like Gaga are completely innocent.  She and every  other artist know very well how it works. She could very easily opt-out.

Umm why did you quote me twice, a day apart? :poot: lol. But yeah I am aware that the artist can opt out of dynamic pricing, so no I’m not acting like Gaga is completely innocent so I’m not sure why you’re making that assumption.

While artists can opt out of dynamic pricing and I wish Gaga did, we can’t be so sure that there is much leniency with the base prices themselves. I doubt a huge artist ala Gaga/Beyonce/Taylor can say “hey, I don’t want any tickets over $300”, I think Livenation would probably laugh in their face lol. Unfortunately the main goal of touring is to make a profit after all expenses, production, and workers are paid, since the industry has changed and artists don’t make as much by selling music anymore.

Again I wish it were different, I think we can agree on that.

How I feel but I’m in the USA! A concert ticket shouldn’t cost more than a flight and a hotel lol

Oh well. If next year shows happen, maybe I’ll get to get

I’ll be trying to get an Artist Presale for Seattle. The CitiCard presales just ended at about 11:06am. I will keep refreshing until I get a place in line.

General sale starts tomorrow at the same time as artist pre-sale today?

How about prices, is there a chance they'll be cheaper?

I wouldn't opt out of dynamic pricing if people were buying my tickets. Supply and Demand......gotta make some coins. That's just me though. I mean it's nice to hear artists say they love us and care about us......ultimately......it's about the dollar.

Except there's still some artists that say they love us AND put their money where their mouth is and opt out of it. Not that I doubt that Gaga loves her fans, of course, but the money clearly has been the focus for a long while now.
Tours can absolutely be profitable (and usually are) without this goddamn scam.
Thanksfully I live in Europe, I 100% would not listen to pop as much as I do now if I were living in the US or UK, those prices are such a turn off, I don't understand how people can afford them :saladga:
