I'm based in DC and so if she ends up announcing, I will be pressed but still excited to turn this into a trip of its own and leave one more seat open for another DC little monster who wants to go! I generally know when an Artist is going to tour the US before most, but that’s about it, and it’s only if they tour in my city, which Gaga isn’t, so I had no idea.
