Yeah he’s probably giving himself some clout and importance. When the tour dates are announced and there are no dates he’ll be like - well I told you it was only a proposal and not fixed.

There's no way she's touring anywhere in Europe in October as that would mean an Arena tour.

There is zero chance she's doing an Arena tour in the current live music events industry. 

She isn't going back to Arenas until she flops hard or the touring industry bubble bursts

Well many of her Mayhem and even Harlequin looks and photos have an Eastern European vibe to me and also Polish (hello Michael) so would make sense imo.

I wouldn't say the arena itself is small, but based on the confirmed shows in Mexico City (60K people each) and Singapore (55K people each), it seems she's going for significantly bigger venues.

She could downsize her stage for arenas. She did it before for The Born This Way Ball. Some dates did not have the monster pit. She could keep the main stage and leave out the runway

So article says that this dates in October Are suggested dates for now and that official dates will be announced soon.
