GAYHEMikey 7,700
Do we know the quantity of Gaga’s signed albums? Surely there were only a few hundred copies since they sold out in like 2 minutes NO DUCT TAPE - NO MISSON

NotNightwing 1,639
235,000 signed copies total?! Assuming it takes 3 seconds or so to sign one copy, that's 8.16 DAYS of non-stop signing... Like almost 200 hours of pure signing, no sleeping, no breaks for lunch, bathroom, stretching to prevent carpal tunnel, etc. Considering 3 seconds per copy is honestly pretty conservative, and that it would realistically take longer to sign each copy when averaged, AND that she's a human being that requires food, breaks, sleep, etc. how the **** does she find the time? Like realistically that's at least half a month of her schedule, solely devoted to signing. Maybe my assumptions are wrong about how long it takes, but honestly I think she's got to be using an autopen or staff to sign for her. Spoiler Just been arguing with ChatGPT about the plausibility of this. I tried to get it to argue in Taylor's favor and play the devil's advocate, while remaining logical, but even it couldn't dispute the numbers. With every possible explanation it also gave a hefty dose of of . Honestly I'm a big fan of Taylor and her music, but watching an AI drag her brightened up my night I won't lie. (and yes I know gpt is just a language model, and not god) Edited March 21 by NotNightwing edit

Her time is too valuable for that. What she makes an hour does not justify this activity. lolitamuse 294
21 hours ago, IllusionLover said: No she signs them, some fans even find her cats' hair inside the booklets But honestly I'm tired of the TTPD era I wish she just start releasing the next Taylor's Versions, I'm not moving unless these CDs arrive with black confetti. There's also the fans that get a machine error copy where the autopen didn't hit the booklet correctly and they end up only getting a black smudge of ink on the paper. Given the volume and massive time commitment, I'm going to lean on occam's razor and say that over 200k signed cds were indeed signed by autopen.

Murakami27 3,502
I think signed items should be limited. There should be a sense of exclusivity. What’s the point of having that many copies signed? (Beyond the obvious cash grab). If you’re announcing that large amount of availability, then why would anyone rush to buy one. It loses its value and any urgency. 2
