Scary they are the final step with this but if they don’t do their job and affirm the constitution then what even is the point in them? They need to get a judge to sign off on search warrants, so even if they could get the pardon overturned they’d have to find a judge that would risk their career over fake charges. Probably not gonna happen, just a lot of harassment.

At this moment in time sadly I think it naive to that there wouldn’t be a judge willing, let’s hope that isn’t the case though.

The problem for them is that it isn't just any judge, it has to be specific ones in specific jurisdictions

I’m sorry but they literally don’t care, have you not seen what’s been happening with people being unfairly deported where judges have demanded hearings and they’ve already sent them on a plane? It’s wrong to think the current administration will fully acknowledge all legal norms and it’ll only get worse. Fascism point blank period.
