1. He gave great advice.

2. Her relationship is none of our business. Yes, even if she talks about it publicly.

Honey, it's Gaga's business what she puts out musically, and who's advice she takes into consideration. He is her fiance, her soulmate. They trust each other, so of course they will influence each others choices in life and even music. That's basically what being a couple means, right? Though I wouldn't know anything about that with my aromantic & asexual ass :derpga:

It's hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead.

This is none of anybody's business. We're here to enjoy and discuss her art, thank you.

Is Michael going to be the new Bloodpop to some Monsters? Who will betray us next?

Anyway but seriously it sounds like this creative process was helpful for her and she's proud of what she created with Michaels involvement. Even though you don't feel HBDUWM should be there, they included it. And people like the song. I'm not a fan of it but I'm not speculating on the issue of it's inclusion.

And I'm thankful Michael encouraged her to do another pop album because we got mayhem out of it.

Not five or six paragraphs. Let me get a snack and a drink before I start reading this manifesto

I don’t understand why people are so offended about OP. I understand where he’s coming from, I do agree it seems like Michael is extremely involved in her career and creative process at this point which is super cool, I just hope she doesn’t need his approbations all the time and that she trusts herself.

I think you shouldn’t feel conflicted about someone’s relationship that you don’t know

I mean, little monsters don’t even know her and try to control what she does with her music, career, and personal life. She accepted advice from someone she loves, trusts, and feels safe with and it paid off tremendously. The rest is none of our business.

It’s time that fans leave the creative decisions to Gaga and her people and accept that every release won’t be made specifically to your liking.

So Michael saved the album by insisting on having "How Bad Do U Want Me" on it, that is PAPI behaviour :flutter:. King TBH :diane:

I also would have prefered a more industrial pop sound. I still only love 5 tracks on the album and I cant get past that disapointment

But u cant please everyone and dont get me wrong, I am glad its being so well received from GP and Fans alike which is rare. Its just not my cup of tea

Disease, Abra, DWAS, Perfect Celebrity and The Beast are the only ones I love and Im glad I got those. Especially Disease omg what a bop

I hear both sides but honestly, Gaga said in an interview how she was bossy in the studio, she co-produced every track, I'm sure if she really wanted to she would've changed everything...

I think we're reading too much into it, she probably got excited after making Perfect Celebrity and had that idea for a second and said it out loud. Not every idea is going to become real, that's just how the creative process is...

She could've been on the fence about How Bad Do U Want Me, and when she mentioned the possibility of not including it, he might've said no because he loves the song, I can see other fans of the song saying the same thing.

It's not necessarily a toxic situation, in the same interview Gaga said she can be quite tangential, so maybe he just made her trust her initial instincts? I don't see it being bad just because he was the one who suggested a pop record in the first place... Plus, we still got a lot of dark pop songs in the album, the critics and I love it :ohwell:
